Restorative Power of Sleep (Silver Linings 8-5-2020)

How are you sleeping these days? 

I am so determined to remain in positivity land.  I am firmly convinced that dwelling on the negative doesn’t move anything forward.  I refuse to spend hours stewing about the unknowns.  I focus on finding these silver linings.

But around 2 AM, the truth often wins out.  I can’t deny how much my mind is swirling—when it wakes me up to go over repetitive worries.  And it’s amazing how active one’s brain can be in the wee hours of the night.

My silver lining from this is just how much I do appreciate the nights when I go to sleep—and I stay asleep! 

(And I do hope that you are enjoying the restorative powers of sleep!)
