Finishing (Silver Linings 8-13-2020)

August 17, 2020

This afternoon, I finally got something to work on the website.

I started trying to learn about this in April, and then realized I had to complete other tasks first.  I got about half-way done in May, but I had to leave it alone while I concentrated on other parts.  In June, I made progress, but it still was not right.  In July, I ignored it, convinced that I was just never going to understand it.

Today, the middle of August, I conquered it.

Finally.

It’s something I have long wanted to do.  But since it was not easy for me, I had put it aside for years.  I honestly was not sure that it would ever happen.

In a different world, without this luxury of time, I suppose I would have just given up on this section.  Finishing this?  It’s a definite silver lining!

Silver Linings…

started as my personal response to 2020’s global pandemic of COVID-19.  When I published them locally,  I was surprised by how much people responded to them.

I hope they bring some positivity to you, too, during this unsettling time
