Recently, I heard a societal researcher opine that this enforced quarantine period is the “first time in our history that we have all intentionally slowed down.”  She went on to wonder aloud what the ramifications will be for us all.

I think she poses a good question. 

My husband has chosen to use his time to advance an outdoor grill project he’s been dreaming and sketching for the last few winters.  I love looking out at his results.  The whole family has already appreciated the special flavor of the food he’s cooked on it.

This silver lining of a small bit of extra time will be enjoyed for many years to come!
