Room for One More (Silver Lining 6-30-2020)

concentration

June 30, 2020

Sometimes the house is like a revolving door.  After Spanish daughter #3 flew home, son #1 moved back into his original room.  This mean the room where son #2 sleeps had space for a friend of his to live here for a while.

This young man was originally living with another friend in the area, as he is not from our town originally but now works.  But there, due to work restrictions, they cannot host anyone outside of their immediate  family members.  It is too much risk.

A silver lining for today:  having the opportunity to get know this young man.

Silver Linings…

started as my personal response to 2020’s global pandemic of COVID-19.  When I published them locally,  I was surprised by how much people responded to them.

I hope they bring some positivity to you, too, during this unsettling time
