We are busy finalizing all the details on the “Cheese, Please” course which starts in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, next week. I’m excited about this course! I feel like it can really help farmers from any country who have thought about how to take their milk and make it into a value-added product.
Plus, I don’t know how to make cheese–and I’m looking forward to learning. Here’s hoping the weather will be spring-like in the Midwest for our group of potential dairy-farmer-cheese-makers!
